Condair Promotes Blake Phelps as MD
Blake Phelps has been appointed Managing Director at Condair Pty Ltd, from his previous role as Operations Director at the company. Functioning in a variety of roles within Condair across his 10-year tenure, Blake brings a vast amount of experience and proficiency to his new position.
Blake comments, “I am delighted to be taking on the role of Managing Director at Condair Australia. Over recent years, the company has grown significantly in terms of both turnover and product portfolio. I am looking forward to maintaining this positive momentum, with a particular focus on enhancing our nationwide service offering and dehumidification business as well as developing new opportunities.
“As a company, Condair prides itself on offering not just the right humidifier or dehumidifier for a project, but also supplying the expertise needed to deliver a complete solution for our customers’ humidity control needs. This goes beyond the initial design of a system, and extends through installation, commissioning, and preventative maintenance throughout the product’s lifetime. I’m excited to now be leading the delivery of this mission through our work with HVAC consultants, contractors and FMs within the construction chain, and also directly with our end-user clients in manufacturing industries across the country.” Blake concludes.
We are also very pleased to inform you that Virender Rana, Condair AU's outgoing MD is taking over the global position of Project Director as of February 6, 2024. He will report directly to Oliver Zimmermann.
Virender will remain based in Australia in his new position. In his new role, he will manage our strategic projects in Asia.
