NEW Condair CP3 - self generating electrode steam humidifier

The new electrode steam humidifier CP3 has been released. With its generous display and simple user interface, this modern self-generating steam unit can be operated very easily. Components can be easily accessed for installation, and maintenance of the cleanable cylinders is simple and fast.

Fitted with a robust descaling pump, the humidifier can react quicker to fluctuating and variable requirements, contributing to improved stability during steam production. The rquired descaling volume for the water is maintained by the integrated water management system, thus improving the already optimised water consumption even further.

With the Link-Up System, a maximum steam capacity of 180kg/hr can be achieved. Thanks to its integrated software intelligence, the Condair CP3 can be integrated easily in a building management system. 

The exact steam capacity is controlled by an individually-programmed CP3 card. This enables the achievement of steam capacities tailored to suit specific requirements, thus benefiting the customer in the best possible manner. Overcapacities caused by surges in capacity are eliminated. This reduces investment costs and leads to an improvement in control behaviour and efficient use of electrical energy.

Condair CP2 - small capacity self generating electrode steam humidifier

CP2H Series Duct Injection and the CP2N with Inbuilt Fan for direct room applications.

The Condair CP2 generates mineral-free and hygienic steam fully automatically in a thermo-plastic cylinder with electrode elements. It is operated with normal tap water, which is not subject to any additional treatment. The patented auto-adaptive control guarantees a high level of efficiency with minimum service requirements. The Condair CP2 can be connected to all commercially available humidity controls and humidity sensors.

Defensor Mk5 - self generating resistive element steam humidifier

The Defensor Mk5 self generating resistive element steam humidifier is designed to meet the highest requirements in control accuracy and low maintenance. It is operated with normal tap water or fully de-ionised water. The Defensor Mk5 can be connected to all commercially available humidity controls and humidity sensors. The unique, patented scale management system enables easy and rapid servicing during extremely long operating cycles.

Condair GS - Gas heated steam humidifier

The gas-heated Condair GS steam humidifier is used to generate and emit mineral-free, odourless and sterile steam. It can be used with both drinking water and fully de-ionised water. The GS unit operation is environmentally friendly and economic. Natural gas or propane can be used as fuel.

The firing system consists of an advanced ceramic fibre burner, gas pressure control valve and speed-controlled burner fan, which ensures low emissions with minimum operating noises and the highest level of efficiency.

Condair OEM steam humidifiers are especially suitable for integration in computer air-conditioning units, air-conditioning cabinets, fermentation units and incubators, etc. Installation is undertaken by the manufacturer of these units to ensure that all components are optimally adapted to suit each other.

Condair OptiSorp Multiple Steam Distributor System

The Condair OptiSorp multiple steam distributor system is specially designed for short absorption distance in ducts or air handling units. The extremely short humidification distances are achieved with vertical steam distributor pipes and special stainless steel precision nozzles. In addition, steam is distributed uniformly and without droplets over the entire cross-sectional surface of the system.

Condair FAN Unit

The ventilation FAN units are used in association with the Condair CP2 and Defensor Mk5 steam air humidifiers for direct room air humidification. The fan unit is chiefly used when only one room is to be humidified, when there is no ventilation or airconditioning plant installed, when the humidifier has been subsequently installed, or in the case of special humidity problems.
