TurboFog 4 - flexible in use, even with limited space!

The TurboFog 4 system is designed to provide air humidification in low noise production and storage facilities, as well as in administrative centres and offices. The innovative high pressure nozzles atomise the water into an ultrafine aerosol mist. A mini fan distributes the aerosols (floating droplets of vapour) rapidly in the room air. With an operating noise level of 53 db(A), the fan is barely audible. The unit operates absolutely drip free, and with no disturbing ''cold spot''. This means it can also be used in rooms with very low ceilings.

DI Comfort - as quiet as a breath of wind!

The DI Comfort system was specially designed for large open-plan offices, museums and administrative buildings. The modern, attractive design is at home in any environment. The precision humidistat built into the DI Comfort units permanently measures the air humidity of the room. If the air humidity falls below the pre-set optimum, the high-tech titanium nozzle emits a visible but not perceptible aerosol cloud (floating droplets of vapour). The air is humidified and pleasantly cooled with ultra-clean water.

DI Flex - The power system for high performance

This air humidification system was specially designed for large area, and high production and storage facilities. The water is atomised into a micro-fine aerosol and quickly absorbed by the room air. The air humidity is regulated by a central control unit with a long time stable hygrostat.

Function principle: A high-pressure nozzle system using a DRAABE-developed high-pressure pulsation technique by which the water is atomised by way of a pulsating high pressure (85 bar) and special titanium nozzles to form a micro-fine aerosol (single-component technique).

EuroFog

The successful EuroFog 8 (8 kg/h) and EuroFog 16 (16 kg/h) wall-mounted air humidification systems offer highly flexible applications even in limited spaces. High humidification output combined with low energy consumption and limited equipment investment make the systems particularly cost-effective.
The room air humidity is regulated by a group control unit to which as many as 5 EuroFog atomisers can be connected. An electronic sensor measures the room humidity and activates the atomisers if it falls below the pre-set level. A high-pressure nozzle system using a DRAABE-developed high-pressure pulsation technique by which the water is atomised by way of a pulsating high pressure (85 bar) and special titanium nozzles to form a micro-fine aerosol (single-component technique).

Turbofog - for high ceilinged production and storage facilities

The high-power Turbofog 32 air humidification system is specially designed for high-ceilinged production and storage facilities. The high output of up to 32 kg of water per unit per hour makes the system highly cost-effective to buy and to run. A high-pressure pulsation system generates the necessary operating pressure of 8.6 MPa. The air humidifiers are mounted on the ceiling and connected via flexible high-pressure tubes to the high-pressure station. The humidifiers are hydraulically operated, so there is no need for electrical control wiring. Installation is very quick, and can be completed without interrupting operations.

Function principle: A high-pressure nozzle system using a DRAABE-developed high-pressure pulsation technique by which the water is atomised by way of a pulsating high pressure (85 bar) and special titanium nozzles to form a micro-fine aerosol (single-component technique).

Microcool - for special applications

MicroCool is a high-performance, cost-effective nozzle system for direct room humidification. The humidification is effected by a patented nozzle system which generates an ultra-fine spray mist of tiny, floating water droplets. The high pressure (60-80 bar) required for the fine atomisation is generated by a high-power MicroCool pump module, available in a range of output specifications from 100 to 300 l/h.

The MicroCool system is easy to install and can be conveniently adapted to existing room conditions. The nozzles are permanently fixed onto flexible atomiser lines which can be attached to e.g. pipes, cable ducts or pre-assembled wall profiles. A special nozzle swivel system enables the spray angle to be directed as required. In addition to its ease of installation, the high-pressure technology embodied in the MicroCool system also offers the benefit of very low operating costs.

Function principle: A high-pressure nozzle system by which the water is atomised by way of a high pressure (60-80 bar) and special nozzles to form a micro-fine aerosol (single-component technique).

Some application examples: greenhouses, woodworking (high halls), waste sorting plants (dust binding), special effects (fogging)
