Condair FastFog2 - New low energy consumption humidifier

Condair FastFog2 is a new range of high pressure nozzle humidifiers for applications where low electrical energy consumption is a priority. The Condair FastFog2 range can be fitted into air handling units or air ducts.

A high-pressure pump feeds reverse osmosis water under 80 bars to the nozzle circuits. The stainless steel atomiser nozzles are used to generate a fine water mist, which, combined with the unique mist expanders, lead to a fast transformation of the water mist into the gaseous stage. Short absorption distance of only 1.5 metres and a low amount of waste water are the resulting advantages.

The separator elements connected downstream from the nozzle panel are designed for a special patented bypass process. The system ensures that only completely aerosol free air is fed to the supply air after the separator. The separating medium with the special anti bacterial coating can be replaced simply and quickly during cyclic servicing without dismantling the frame.

The Condair FastFog2 high pressure nozzle humidifiers are ideally suited for the humidification of supply and re-circulated air in commercial and public buildings.  Due to the high humidification efficiency, the Condair FastFog2 can also be used for adiabatic cooling of exhaust air in air conditioning systems.  Control accuracy of +/-5% RH is achieved with a continuous control signal.

Dual adiabatic and evaporative humidifier

The Dual is a unique low energy humidifier for air handling units. Spray water is introduced in the Condair Dual through molecular atomiser nozzles. These generate a mist of the finest water aerosol spray at a pump pressure of only 4 to 8 bar. The downstream evaporation elements fulfil the function of an absolute mist eliminator, increasing the humidifying level and minimising the volume of waste water. This is achieved by preventing aerosols entering the feed air flow, ensuring perfect and hygienic humidifying.

The Condair SH2 can use drinking water or demineralised water for evaporation. The large surface of the patented SH2 media results in a high evaporation efficiency with low energy consumption.  The high quality V-shaped synthetic mats are free from glass fibres and cellulose.  Thus no harmful particles may become suspended in the breathing air.
